Amazing food and friendly staff! the location was perfect with plenty of places to visit nearby. the rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. the Wi-Fi was free and worked great. And the view from the room was absolutely stunning, which made waking up every morning even better.

The hotel staff wasn't fluent in English and sometimes we experience difficulty communicating with them. the air conditioner in the room wasn't working properly and the temperature was a bit too high, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night.

Located in a magnificent valley with snow-covered mountains and close proximity to the ski area, this hotel is simply exceptional. the rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, boasting beautiful scenic views. the service is impeccable, and the staff friendly, helpful, and accommodating. the breakfast is a delight, with a wide range of delicious continental options to choose from. the hotel's wellness area is marvelous, complete with a steam bath, sauna, and relaxing area, perfect for some much-needed downtime.

The bathroom fixtures could use a bit of an update, but this is hardly a major issue.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in this city. The hotel facilities, cleanliness, parking, and transportation to the closest ski area were all fantastic. The hotel is located in Defereggen valley which is a stunning location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel at home throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast served was scrumptious with a wide variety of choices available.

We spent a wonderful Easter holiday at a hotel in a quiet valley which had a lot to offer. The food was amazing, with high-quality wines and spirits for an extra cost per day. The all-inclusive package was to die for and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was gorgeous and spacious with a lovely view of the surrounding hills. It was a perfect location for skiers, as the ski resort was nearby. , the hotel offered a shuttle service to the resort which was very convenient.

The bathrooms looked a bit outdated and old and the pool water was too cold for my liking. It was nice that the hotel offers a program for kids but I wished they had offered more variety of meals during dinner.
